INTRODUCTION

Over the years, upholding the core philosophy of “building home for people”, the Company has been dedicated to product research and development, developing new generations of green-technology property by catering to people’s needs, in an effort to provide residents with the best green-living experience ever. The Company’s residential products balances economic, social and environmental factors. It takes into full consideration of these factors in the development of houses, including energy consumption and air tightness of buildings, health-related elements such as indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and the residue of TVOC and formaldehyde; the smart control system and customised service to make life easier; as well as factors relating to the community, such as noise control, landscape planning, humanistic atmosphere, etc. Through continued innovation, the Company aims to provide healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly, smart and humanistic housing products.

FRAMEWORK AND STRATEGY

The Company has been focused on green differentiated development strategy since 2004 by adopting the design philosophy of passive buildings to take full advantage of local climate conditions. At the beginning of the design, it prioritises the analysis of using building envelope for heat preservation and insulation, elimination of heat bridge effect, and other technical points including high air-tightness, architectural shading, facilitated by various simulation calculation tools, so as to develop energy-saving buildings that deliver comfortable experience. To further improve the building, the Company’s buildings are complemented by optimal facilities that can maximise the use of renewable energies such as solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy to reduce the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission from buildings. High technologies such as antihaze fresh air supply system and radiant ceiling system have also been applied to secure people’s health and comfort.

ACHIEVEMENT AND IMPACT

The Company has been adhering to the corporate values of “People-oriented, positive, and green” for the past 18 years, creating “healthy, comfortable, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, intelligent and humanistic” green buildings for customers. They have developed over 132 green-technology property projects, with a total developed area of more than 23 million square meters. With a mature and complete product R&D system, the Company has been awarded China’s Three-Star Green Building Certificates in 46 projects. Green-technology property development, is now the main business of the company. The Company has become China’s Top 100 real estate enterprise for 9 consecutive years, and currently ranks among the Top 40 real estate builders in the United States since it entered the US market in 2013.
