The Company has been focused on green differentiated development strategy since 2004 by adopting the design philosophy of passive buildings to take full advantage of local climate conditions. At the beginning of the design, it prioritises the analysis of using building envelope for heat preservation and insulation, elimination of heat bridge effect, and other technical points including high air-tightness, architectural shading, facilitated by various simulation calculation tools, so as to develop energy-saving buildings that deliver comfortable experience. To further improve the building, the Company’s buildings are complemented by optimal facilities that can maximise the use of renewable energies such as solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy to reduce the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission from buildings. High technologies such as antihaze fresh air supply system and radiant ceiling system have also been applied to secure people’s health and comfort.ACHIEVEMENT AND IMPACT
