FRAMEWORK AND STRATEGY
REIJU Construction Co., Ltd. ignites the warmth from the heart and provide assistance based on the core enterprise value to fulfill the mission of “take from society, give back to society”. REIJU applies itself to promoting charitable events by making good use of its profession of construction engineering, to show care for underprivileged groups and for the earth.Since 2012, the Company has combined the advantages of this industry and combined industrial resources, called on employees, upstream and downstream supply chains, and the Taiwan Green Building Material Council, an association established by the Company to respond jointly to carry out public welfare repairs based on core competencies to make a collective difference with teamwork.
ACHIEVEMENT AND IMPACT
In 2012, REIJU Construction Co., Ltd. started to make collaborative efforts in the construction industry to assist the Eden Social Welfare Foundation to carry out public welfare repairs and now the Company has reached a milestone of seven years of service. Barrier-free space reformation and renovation services have been offered to underprivileged groups free of charge. School buildings and adjacent houses damaged as a result of the 2014 Kaohsiung gas explosion and Tainan and Hualien earthquakes in 2016 and 2018, respectively, were reconstructed and rebuilt to provide safer living spaces and environment. The idea is to offer help in public welfare repairs and demonstrate professional values through the combination of professional ability and industrial resources.FUTURE DIRECTION
As of the end of 2018, REIJU Construction Co., Ltd. Has made profits and proactively engaged in charity events under stable economic development for 14 years in a row. The act of lending a helping hand to people in need in the society not only enhances the internal cohesion of the Company but also promotes competitiveness of the enterprise itself to allow all employees and the business to achieve the objective of good social citizenship and sustainable operation and development. The purpose is to make use of the core strengthens of the enterprise, to take initiative in bearing corporate social responsibility, and to turn changes into a driving force for social advancement.
