Internal and external trainings are constantly being provided for all employees, from non-executives to senior management to promote the continuous learning and improvement of each individual. FRAMEWORK AND STRATEGY
In addition to a competitive remuneration package to reward and attract talents, Mah Sing offers Employee Share Option Scheme to the basic pay packages. The Group participates in career fairs and works in close collaboration with both local and private universities/ colleges on activities such as workshops, trainings, interactive sessions, site visits. Its pilot Youth Development Program is designed for top students from the fields of Construction Management, Quantity Surveying & Architecture in collaboration with Tunku Abdul Rahman University College’s School of Technology.Adhering to the its HR policies to industry best practices, Mah Sing has implemented a “Value Performance ” management system alongside various training sessions such as ‘Train-the-Trainer’ workshop, ‘First Impressions Count!’ workshop, Business Writing and Presentation workshops for its internal staff. This is balanced with initiatives such as the Sports Club which organizes activities to create a platform of competitive spirit and camaraderie among employees. It even sponsors employees to join community sporting events such as The Edge Rat Race and the Frost & Sullivan Run.
As for external stakeholders, the Group emphasizes on customer care service; recognizing the importance of customer feedback and satisfaction. Mah Sing, for one, offers “MClub” services – a distinctive buyer loyalty program specially created to provide additional benefits to house buyers. Furthermore it has set up “M Care” to assist house buyers by making professional services available for Mah Sing property owners to provide a myriad of services. Mah Sing is committed to continue its effort in introducing premier lifestyle living in its development projects as well as continues to reward its investors with stable and sustainable returns.
