FUTURE DIRECTION

The project started evolving and the procedures for the children (beneficiaries) and the parents were then sensitized and trained for extensive care and treatment of the child, when at home, this way we maximized the participation of the parents with the children in the project. In the next phase the project matured and the focus transcended towards the imparting meaningful engagement and developing skills of the children / young adults so that they can be independent in their life. In a more recent move towards an advance phase HPCL has integrated their skill development and engagements of products made by them to the market through different platforms like I can Bazaar etc. Also, during the course of the A.D.A.P.T project, Team CSR has also learnt the best practices of other projects of similar nature and tried to assimilate them.
