Shalom has been with L'Oréal Taiwan for more than 13 years. Possessing over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, sustainability and public affairs, Shalom has engineered many milestones to build L'Oréal Taiwan’s CSR and corporate image. In addition to coordinating with the international team in pursuit of the global 2020 sustainability goals via the “Sharing Beauty with All” program, she has established local initiatives to deliver shared value in Taiwan. Shalom drives sustainability achievements across 4 key pillars: sustainable innovation, sustainable production, sustainable development and sustainable living and she leads L'Oréal Taiwan’s “SBWA Committee”. Shalom has contributed in the creation of the “Taiwan Outstanding Women in Science Award” - the first and only award in Taiwan that honors female scientists - following the spirit of L'Oréal-UNESCO’s “For Women in Science” worldwide program.
