Accenture, Inc. (Philippines)

Lito is the Country Managing Director (CMD) of Accenture, Inc. (Philippines), with geographic responsibility for the growth and sustainability of Accenture’s business in the Philippines, providing Technology, Operations, Digital and Consulting services to Accenture’s global and local clients. In his career at Accenture, he has played many key roles including driving country strategy and initiatives, building and growing client accounts, developing industry and technology capabilities, and promoting global visibility for the Philippines delivery center.

Lito is also Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship lead for South East Asia, overseeing all CSR programmes in the region. He is a member of Accenture’s Growth Markets Operating Committee and a member of the Global Leadership Council.

Lito is an industry leader; serving as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) from March 2017 until March 2021. He was also elected to the IBPAP board from 2011 to 2021, and member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) from 2006 to 2007.

He is also active in the education sector. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation which owns the Assumption-run school in San Simon, Pampanga. In addition to this, he is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Assumption Antipolo; a member of the board of trustees of the University of the Assumption in San Fernando, Pampanga; and a board committee member of the Ateneo Professional Schools.
Moreover, Lito is just as active in the development sector as a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), member of the board of the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd), and a member of the board of the Makati Business Club (MBC).
