Advanced Sustainability Institute (ASI)

Dr. Puthearath CHAN is President of the Advanced Sustainability Institute (ASI). He has 12+ years of professional experience as a national coordinator, senior technician, and consultant for various sustainability projects with governmental and non-governmental organizations, including UN agencies such as UNCDF, UNEP, UNDP, etc. He has worked as a senior technician for more than 10 years at the Division of Green Economy & Investment, currently the Department of Green Economy, National Council for Sustainable Development, and Ministry of Environment. Dr. CHAN has been an advisory board member and professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Paragon International University since 2020. He was the 22nd laureate at Chey Institute for Advanced Studies and a visiting professor in international Master’s programs (dual degrees) at French Cooperation Department, RULE, and Lumière Lyon 2 University, France.
