Victor is one who always champion sustainability development serving as Board Member of United Nations Sustainable Development Network, Singapore and is also the President of the Association of Persons with Special Needs. Victor has strong understanding of a spectrum of multidisciplinary industries from his experience in attracting foreign direct investment and industry development while with the Ministry of Trade and Industry and SPRING Singapore. He also oversaw internationalization of companies to various regions under SBF’s Global Business Division.
