Tracy is Senior Director of the Global Environmental Program for the Adidas Group since October 2015. She manages a team of chemical specialists, engineers and environmental experts, located in 9 countries across Asia, EMEA, North and South America. Over the past 17 years she has been deeply involved in the development and implementation of global CSR programs, in particular the development of social compliance programmes, key environmental sustainability initiatives, foreign migrant labour, as well as stakeholder outreach.
