Caroline is president of B.Grimm Real Estate of family-owned B.Grimm, B.Grimm Real Estate developed two 20-storey office buildings - the Alma Link Building and the Dr. Gerhard Link Building in Bangkok -- as well as a 1,500-rai real estate project in Pattaya. Caroline has also worked in various divisions of B.Grimm in order to learn the business from theground up -- gaining significant experience while establishing a strong branding strategy and campaign for B.Grimm, including communications, human resources and social engagement programmes.
