CC Penaranda, is Commercial Counsellor of the Philippine Trade & Investment Center (PTIC) in the Embassy of the Philippines in Singapore. He represents the Philippine Department of Trade & Industry and leads the promotion of Philippine exports to and foreign investments from Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. He also acts as ASEAN Team Coordinator working with PTIC-Indonesia and PTIC-Thailand.
