Victor champions Sustainability Development. He chaired the Singapore Sustainability Alliance, a national initiative supported by EDB comprising of business, research and government. He was the Vice Chairman of United Nations Global Compact for CSR. He established the Sustainability Development Business Group at Singapore Business Federation. He represented Singapore at the Copenhagen International Cleantech Network. He is a regular guest at Mediacorp business programmes like Money-mind, Focal Point, Hello Singapore, 938Live and 958Live interviews.
