Mr Van Aerschot set up the BCSD Singapore as a business platform for collaboration and advocacy in South East Asia. The aim is to improve the environmental, social and the environmental, social and economic sustainability of companies in the region. He initiated the recently launched report “Sustainable Agriculture in ASEAN - Private Sector Perspective for Policy Makers”. Constant is a guest faculty at INSEAD and Senior Advisor to several organisations. He is a green building expert. Previously, he was VP Sustainable Development & Public Affairs at LafargeHolcim and held corporate strategy responsibility at Alcatel-Lucent. He holds a Masters in Civil Engineering, MBA and a Diploma in Directorship from SMU.
