Paul Marriott is the President of SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ), leading the regional business with 21,000 employees to deliver the success of over 46,000 customers and 3,000 partners. He is a technology veteran and established business leader with more than 25 years of experience in Asian economies. Continuing the region’s role as a global growth engine for the company, Paul is known for his authentic and inclusive leadership that led to the significant success of the region. Paul is deeply passionate in advocating climate action, building an inclusive workforce and bringing Asia to the forefront of global innovation.
Joining SAP in 2008, Paul has served in several senior executive roles to establish and lead the region’s Digital Core business including Supply Chain, Platform and Analytics. He quickly became recognised as a leader who could span and transform the company’s future business areas.
Most recently, Paul was the region’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) where he was instrumental in developing the workforce of tomorrow, accelerating cloud growth and customer success. Paul engages with many customers and partners across the region to adopt business-centric innovation and unlock new areas of growth to drive their customer success.
Prior to joining SAP, Paul led other large enterprise software businesses across Asia Pacific and Europe. Paul holds a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Essex.
Originally from the United Kingdom, he currently resides in Singapore. Outside of work, Paul has a keen interest in youth rugby and coaches at the Tanglin Rugby Club Singapore.

Margaret Kim is the CEO of Gold Standard, a leading standard that allows climate and development initiatives to quantify, certify and maximize their impact towards climate security and sustainable development. Kim has over 13 years of experience in international management roles including at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) where she held various posts including the Head of Green Climate Fund liaison and Head of Strategy and Integration.
Prior to this role, she occupied leadership roles in the private sector in business development and corporate strategy at a leading biotechnology company.
Country Managing Director
Lito is the Country Managing Director (CMD) of Accenture, Inc. (Philippines), with geographic responsibility for the growth and sustainability of Accenture’s business in the Philippines, providing Technology, Operations, Digital and Consulting services to Accenture’s global and local clients. In his career at Accenture, he has played many key roles including driving country strategy and initiatives, building and growing client accounts, developing industry and technology capabilities, and promoting global visibility for the Philippines delivery center.
Lito is also Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship lead for South East Asia, overseeing all CSR programmes in the region. He is a member of Accenture’s Growth Markets Operating Committee and a member of the Global Leadership Council.
Lito is an industry leader; serving as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) from March 2017 until March 2021. He was also elected to the IBPAP board from 2011 to 2021, and member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) from 2006 to 2007.
He is also active in the education sector. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation which owns the Assumption-run school in San Simon, Pampanga. In addition to this, he is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Assumption Antipolo; a member of the board of trustees of the University of the Assumption in San Fernando, Pampanga; and a board committee member of the Ateneo Professional Schools.
Moreover, Lito is just as active in the development sector as a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), member of the board of the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd), and a member of the board of the Makati Business Club (MBC).
Regional Leader, KPMG Sustainability Services Asia Pacific
Dr Niven Huang is the Regional Leader of KPMG Sustainability Services Asia Pacific and was the Chairman of the Advisory Board of ASrIA. Dr Huang is a pioneer in Taiwan for promoting CSR, sustainability reporting, SRI, corporate sustainability strategy and carbon management. He was previously Secretary General of the BCSD-Taiwan for 16 years. He sits on the judging panels of several public and private Awards of CSR, Excellence in Environment, and Sustainability in Taiwan and Asia.
Managing Director, Head ESG Benchmarking
Edoardo Gai is Managing Director, Head ESG Benchmarking at S&P Global – Sustainable 1. Edoardo transferred with his team and ESG Research & Data team from Robeco to S&P in January 2020.
Edoardo created the Benchmarking team within Robeco twelve years ago to answer the corporates’ need on benchmarking and know-how on sustainability issues.
He joined Robeco in 2000 as analyst for the ICT sector, he later became responsible for the process to collect and evaluate the sustainability data, as well as the selection process for the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). Edoardo was also Co-Head of Robeco Indices in 2009-10, and member of the Robeco Index design committee.
Previously, Edoardo worked for Triodos NV in the Netherlands as sustainability analyst and for SiRi Group when it was just created. At the same time, he successfully finished his postgraduate education as environmental manager in Rotterdam participating in the EAEME program.
At the beginning of his career, after graduating with a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland (ETH), Edoardo worked as project leader at HMT microelectronics, where he was responsible for the design and development of integrated circuits.
Co-Founder
Since the passage of the Paris Agreement at CoP21 in 2015, Karina has been working to build a global network for fellow board directors to share experiences, engage with experts and stakeholders, access specialised training, and help to drive more effective climate transition strategies in the boardroom. Under the auspices of the World Economic Forum, she co-founded the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI), home of the CGI Principles for Non-Executive Directors, where she chairs the Governing Board.
The CGI operates through a network of 14 national and regional Chapters in APAC, EMEA and the Americas, often in collaboration with local institutes of directors.
Karina chairs the ESG Working Group of the Investment Sub-Committee in the CFA Institute, a professional qualification for investment management professionals, and Business for Social Responsibility, a consultant specialising in sustainable business practice.
She is also on the boards of Italian Oil & Gas major Eni S.p.A., where she chairs the Sustainability & Scenarios Committee, and serves on the Remuneration Committee; Viridor Waste Management Limited, a KKR portfolio company, where she chairs the Board Sustainability Committee.
Previously, Karina had a 25-year career in Finance, latterly running the Governance and Sustainable Investment activities of UK asset manager F&C Investments, now BMO Global Asset Management, a unit of the Bank of Montreal.
Chief Sustainability Officer
An active advocate for green building and sustainability for over two decades, Esther has been instrumental in establishing CDL’s leadership in sustainability. It is ranked top real estate company on the 2021 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World and is the first CDP A-List company for both climate strategy and water security in SE Asia and Hong Kong.
Key ESG initiatives she has spearheaded include publishing the first sustainability report in Singapore in 2008; issuing the first green bond by a Singaporean company in 2017 and building an integrated reporting framework since 2015.
A forerunner in embracing the UN SDGs, Esther was conferred 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact. She is also a signatory for the UNGC Caring for Climate network and a UN ESCAP Sustainable Business Network Executive Council member.
She sits on the boards or advisory platforms of several organisations, including World Green Building Council (WorldGBC), Global Reporting Initiative, GRESB Asian Real Estate Benchmark Committee and UNEP FI Real Estate Work Group. She chairs the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association’s Sustainability and ESG Committee; Co-Chairs the Urban Land Institute Singapore’s Sustainability Product Council and is the Vice-Chairperson of the Singapore Institute of Directors’ ESG Committee, as well as the WorldGBC’s Corporate Advisory Board.
Executive Director, Head of Group Risk Management and Sustainability
Victoria joined Ayala Corporation in September 2013 as its Head for Group Risk Management and Sustainability Unit. Apart from championing the sustainability reporting across the group, she develops programmes and activities that increase and strengthen risk awareness in the organisation and across the group; she equipped her team so they have the confidence to identify, assess and manage risks, as well as communicate them to the board and advocate for the embedding of risk management and profiling in the day-to-day operations.
Victoria’s role continuous to expand as the group become more mature in risk management and sustainability reporting practices, including business continuity and groupwide insurance, and expanded their sustainability reporting scope to include all business verticals. Under her leadership, her team is continuously developing programmes across the group that address wider sustainability issues.
Head, ASEAN Regional Hub
Dr Allinnettes Go Adigue is the Head of the ASEAN Regional Hub of the Global Reporting Initiative. As Head of GRI’s ASEAN Hub, Ally is tasked to promote the practice of sustainability reporting across the region by working with relevant stakeholders in creating a conducive policy environment for sustainable business practices, foster the business case of sustainability reporting and build the capacity of organisations in sustainability reporting.
A lifelong learner and a global citizen, Ally has lived in 3 continents in the past 15 years. Prior to GRI, Ally has previously worked for the academe, and both the public and private sectors. While working on her PhD, she worked as a graduate research assistant in the field of Climate Change Policy and Economics. She also worked in a retail electricity company in Singapore and for the Office of the President of the Philippines. Ally earned her PhD on Public Policy from the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University in 2017. She has two Masters degrees: one in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, The Netherlands; and another in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. She also has Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Political Science.
Executive Director, Japan Business Initiative for Biodiversity, CEO & Founder
Dr Naoki Adachi is the founder and CEO of Response Ability, Inc., and Executive Director of Japan Business Initiative for Biodiversity (JBIB). He has been working as a consultant on environmental management and CSR since 2002 after working as a researcher at the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) and at FRIM (Forest Research Institute Malaysia). He has been involved in many projects for Japanese corporations and ministries to develop sustainability policies and implement them in their daily business.
Head of Sustainability
Renard is the Head of Sustainability at MRCB where he is responsible for advancing the organisation’s work in this area.
In 2020, he was appointed an SDG Champion-Climate Action by the World Economic Forum (WEF). He is a member of the WEF Expert Network Group on Sustainability, serves on the WEF Global Future Council, a Community Champion for Southeast Asia and a Global Lead for the Global Shapers Climate & Environment Steering Committee.
Renard has also previously served as the Co-Lead for the Global Young Academy’s Climate Change & Disaster Risk Reduction Committee, the working committee of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and was appointed Community Champion for the Global Shapers Community.
Prior to this, he was a post-doctoral teaching fellow and a researcher at the Centre for Energy and Environmental Markets (CEEM) where he has worked on a number of portfolios including sustainability/ integrated reporting, ESG integration, socially responsible investment (across different asset classes: equities, infrastructure and property/real estate), climate change and sustainable construction for the building/infrastructure sector.
Renard is Climate Change & Sustainability Advisor to CENT-GPS and the Founder of Accelerating Climate Action. He has served as Co-Chair of the Climate Change & Disaster Risk Management Working Committee and UNEP-FI’s Collective Commitment on Climate Action. He was accepted into the Forbes Fellowship Programme in 2018 and attended the inaugural UN Climate Action Summit in New York in 2019.

Alexandra Boakes Tracy founded Hoi Ping Ventures to provide research and consulting on investment in low carbon energy and infrastructure in Asian emerging markets. Alexandra is a member of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, an Active Private Sector Observer to the United Nations Green Climate Fund and an Advisor to the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology’s Asian Family Business Research Centre. She was non-executive Chairman of the Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia for six years, stepping down in 2015, and was instrumental in establishing the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change during this period.

Jessica Robinson is a global expert in sustainable finance, advising financial institutions, institutional investors, think tanks, governments, regulators and companies on a broad range of issues relating to green finance, ESG, sustainable and responsible investment, as well as gender, climate and carbon finance. She is also the Founder and Managing Director of Moxie Future - the world’s first insights, education and community platform empowering women as responsible, sustainable and impact investors, and recently published her first book, ‘Financial Feminism: A Woman’s Guide To Investing For a Sustainable Future’.
In previous roles, Jessica was Head of Asia for the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (UN-PRI), following a long stint as Chief Executive and Board Director of the Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investment in Asia (ASrIA), one of Asia’s leading think tanks working to promote sustainable finance and responsible investment across the region. She also led the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change and played an active leadership role in the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance (GSIA) and the Global Investor Coalition on Climate Change (GIC). As well as strategic advisory work, she has also run a global carbon finance company and worked with financial regulators in developing sustainable finance frameworks and policy.
Jessica has an extensive background in professional services and business consulting, focusing on financial services, environmental finance and sustainability industries. She frequently contributes articles, authors reports and speaks at conferences on issues including green financing, financial market developments, climate finance policy, broader sustainable finance issues as well as gender.
Jessica has lived and worked in the UK, North America, Asia (China and Hong Kong) and is now based in the UAE.

Prior to joining PwC, he was a consultant with Gemini Consulting (London), where he worked on strategic, operational and change management issues. Andrew took a career break in 2012-13 to take up a post as Visiting Scientist at MIT Sloan School of Management. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys the outdoors and hikes, scuba dives, and plays tennis. He is also a keen volunteer and has participated in a program to build houses for the hardcore poor in Northern Mongolia.

Lt. General Sharma retired from the Indian Army in 2008, after four decades of an illustrious and brilliant career of selfless service to the nation. During his career he has seen active service in India and other countries and has held very critical and challenging appointments in higher echelons of defense management, including a diplomatic assignment in London as the Defense Attaché of India. He commanded the largest operational force in the world
and led the logistics and administration of the 1.3 million strong Indian Army in his last assignment before retirement.
A strong votary of sustainable and responsible development he has developed expertise in areas of environment, renewable energy and ecology. Gen Sharma now writes on national strategy and security issues and lectures business leaders on decision making, motivation and positivity. He is deeply committed and passionate about entrepreneurship and has helped and guided many start up companies to realize their potential.
