Nguyen Cong Minh Bao has worked in the Sustainability field for over 18 years with Holcim/INSEE Vietnam as the Sustainability & Communication Director for 12 years and nearly 4 years with JTI. He also co-founded ESGs & Climate Consulting and has been holding the position of COO since 2023.

In parallel with his main work in the private sector, Bao has been involved in various organizations and associations in the past 18 years related to ESG, such as holding the position of Co-Chairman of the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Green Building Council, and Country Head of GRI Vietnam.

Bao has also been the Vice Chairman of the Eurocham Green Growth Sector Committee since 2016 and Co-Chairman of the CCIFV ESG Task Force from the beginning of 2024.

This dual background experience in both the private sector and NGO/CSOs provides him with a perfect comprehension of the ESG issues and applications required to be an expert to support businesses in building their ESG strategy and guiding them in their ESG implementation and reporting journey.
