Solinn Lim

Country Director, Oxfam Cambodia
Solinn brings with her a wealth of 20+ years of hands-on experience from working in countries across Asia, Europe and United States, in building community and economic resilience, environmental conservation and climate change, humanitarian relief and preparedness, civic engagement and social accountability, also including social protection, campaigns and policy. In 2017, Solinn led an ICT4D innovation team to create the first Oxfam’s Blockchain platform experimentation for social impacts in the agriculture value chain.  As a Cambodian born, raised and educated in Cambodia, Solinn has solid experience working with communities and people from all walks of lives. She designed and led Oxfam Cambodia’s and East Asia’s Energy and Extractives programme portfolios in 2008 and have mobilized communities and stakeholders to advocate for sustainable energy options for Cambodia and the region.
