Ayala Corporation

Victoria joined Ayala Corporation in September 2013 as its Head for Group Risk Management and Sustainability Unit. Apart from championing the sustainability reporting across the group, she develops programmes and activities that increase and strengthen risk awareness in the organisation and across the group; she equipped her team so they have the confidence to identify, assess and manage risks, as well as communicate them to the board and advocate for the embedding of risk management and profiling in the day-to-day operations.

Victoria’s role continuous to expand as the group become more mature in risk management and sustainability reporting practices, including business continuity and groupwide insurance, and expanded their sustainability reporting scope to include all business verticals. Under her leadership, her team is continuously developing programmes across the group that address wider sustainability issues.
