Kristen Scharf graduated with her Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex, U.K. She has extensive work experience in the not-for-profit and social justice sector, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. She is passionate about bringing positive, long-term change to global communities with an understanding of the importance of providing initiatives that deliver benefits in a practical and sustainable manner. Kristen is currently the Cambodia Country Director for the international anti-human trafficking organization, A21, on a mandate to take immediate and effective measures to eradicate modern-day slavery, human trafficking, and child exploitation. She is also on the board for OHMG Hospitality, as a corporate social responsibility representative, supporting businesses to integrate sustainability into their operations.
