This initiative aims to facilitate sustainable advocacy among businesses and promote cross-industry exchanges among employees, resulting in increased societal well-being and value creation, ultimately fostering coexistence, prosperity, and shared benefits.
FRAMEWORK AND STRATEGY
In consideration of the company’s partners in the industrial park who have been devoted to their work for long periods of time, EOI has been running cross-enterprise employee social and charity activities since 2020. This event combines elements such as “cross-enterprise networking”, “socializing”, “relationship-building”, and “beach cleanup” to help employees increase opportunities for networking across different industries, meet like-minded partners, expand their social circles, and add vibrancy to their lives. The company has received enthusiastic responses and positive feedback from surrounding businesses and employees.EOI’s operational objective is to achieve customer satisfaction, employee well-being, shareholder contentment, and social welfare. ACHIEVEMENT AND IMPACT
Since EOI initiated the cross-enterprise employee social and charity activities in the Hsinchu Science Park, friendly companies in the Jhunan Park also invited EOI in the same year to jointly organize the “Christmas United Charity Event”. Employees were called upon to donate supplies and work together to help local elderly individuals in need, ensuring their physical well-being and uplifting spirits during the cold winter season.This collaboration between both parties brought together resources and the power of kindness, joining forces to care for vulnerable elderly individuals and concretely realizing the concept of social welfare.
FUTURE DIRECTION
Although EOI sounded the trumpet for promoting the creation of the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park ecosystem in 2020, it was temporarily postponed due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, as the world has overcome the difficult times of the pandemic, EOI will approach this year with a multi-faceted perspective.The company will be pushing forward with initiatives such as club activities, fitness exercises, environmental conservation, charitable events, and social activities that will be continuously promoted to gather the energy of the park. This will enhance sustainable exchanges between enterprises and foster cross-industry interactions among employees, working together to advocate for sustainability and create a virtuous cycle within the park. The company’s long-term aim is to achieve coexistence, prosperity, and common good.
