Apart from offering life protection and investment opportunities, AIA’s aspiration is to be an integral part of its customers by creating a positive impact that enabling them to live ‘Healthier, Longer, Better Lives’ through various health promotion activities.

In 2018, AIA Thailand celebrated its 80th anniversary of services and its fifth edition of AIA Sharing A Life Day by organising “AIA Sharing A Life Charity Run” in the form of walk and run event that is aligned with AIA’s brand promise to support Thai people to live Healthier, Longer, Better lives.

AIA Sharing A Life Charity Run was held on Saturday, 8 September 2018 simultaneously in 10 provinces countrywide at Chatuchak Park - Bangkok, Chiangmai, Phitsanulok, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Pathom, Suphanburi, Rayong, and Surat Thani province and gained overwhelming positive feedback from over 50,000 participants.


Launched in 2014, AIA Sharing A Life Day was AIA Thailand’s biggest CSR initiative that unified local management teams, employees, agency forces, business partners, together with their families to volunteer in community service activities. Since then, the event has become an integral part of AIA’s culture and truly reflecting the Company’s determined commitment to the society.

In 2018, AIA Sharing A Life Charity Run reaffirmed the Company’s belief that good health is fundamental for better lives and sustainable stability of the country and reflected the Company’s determination to promote healthy lifestyle to a bigger size of audiences by conducting AIA Sharing A Life as a walk and run event by welcoming general public to join the walk/run activities, health check-up and healthy activities for free of charge.


AIA Sharing A Life Charity Run gained overwhelming positive feedback from over 50,000 participants including AIA management teams, employees, agency forces, government agencies and general public.


To celebrate AIA Group’s 100th year of operation (Centennial Celebration) across all 18 markets in Pan-Asia in 2019, AIA Thailand will continue promoting health and wellness of the Thais by hosting a big health promotion event called ‘AIA Centennial Run” (AIA Sharing A Life 6), a mini marathon event in November 2019, targeting 50,000 runners in 5 locations across Thailand.

AIA will continue its commitment to make a positive difference to the Thai society through various CSR projects, with three main pillars: Healthier and Longer Lives, Better Lives and a Stronger Community.
