Soontorn Dentham is Founder and Managing Director of Humanica Limited. Humanica provides a full range of human resource management services from payroll outsourcing to HR intelligence and talent management. Humanica is the biggest HR solution provider and also the number one SAP B1 reseller in Thailand. Soontorn Dentham completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at the Thammasat University, Graduate Diploma in Auditing at Chulalongkorn University, and Executive Program in Strategy Management at University of Michigan, USA.

Prior to joining Humanica Limited, he joined Price Waterhouse Bangkok in the audit division in 1980. His audit assignments were in various industries like oil & gas, consumer & industrial products, real estate & services and many more. He left Price Waterhouse, Thailand in 1984 to pursue an independent career as the founder and managing partner of Dentham & Co. The firm became a member firm of Pannell Kerr Forster in 1990. The firm had 3 partners and more than one hundred staff before the merger with Price Waterhouse. He became a partner of Price Waterhouse due to the merger of Price Waterhouse and Dentham & Co in 1995. He was the service line leader of Information Systems Risk Management of the firm. Soontorn Dentham’s major responsibilities were focused in the IS audit, control environment & procedures, business applications and data management.

In 1998, He was the lead partner of Global Risk Management Solutions practice of PwC Thailand which consists of 5 service lines i.e. Strategic Risk Services, Financial Risk Management, Operational and Systems Risk Management, Internal Audit Services and Compliance Risk Management. He was also a member of the Management Board, the leader of E-Business practice and the partner in-charge of Knowledge Management and Middle Market Development of the firm. His client list comprised of both multi-national corporations and top-tier local organizations.

He founded Humanica Ltd. in September 2003 with 20 employees, 30 million Baht paid-up capital and 30 million Baht revenue in the first year. The company has grown to over 200 employees, 50 million Baht paid-up capital and close to 200 million Baht revenue in 2013. Humanica is now the biggest in Thailand for all the 3 Business Units they have i.e. HR & Payroll Outsourcing, HR System Implementation and ERP Implementation.

Its HR Management System, Humatrix, was awarded as one of the Top 10 Most Innovation Business in Thailand in 2010 from the Ministry of Science and Technology of Thailand. The company is now working with Tricor to develop localized version of Humatrix for Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.
