Our business strategy is to FOCUS – We are the only healthcare provider focusing on the whole spectrum of healthcare from the Preventive to the Curative aspects. The provision of our services is in line with our ethos, Infinity in Service, Technology and Accessibility.
In Infinity in Service, we seek to develop a point of differentiation as the first private medical centre in Malaysia with a full 7 day practice for outpatient and health screen services in a modern environment with emphasis to get patients on their feet and home in the shortest time possible. We also seek to recruit and retain highly qualified and talented management and healthcare professionals to develop their subspecialty areas to provide top-notch, pleasant and personalised service.
In Infinity in Technology, the use of state-of-the-art technology to improve data acquisition and less invasive surgical techniques to improve patient outcomes would be the emphasis. We will also explore future trends in Personalised Medicine and Regenerative Medicine as new engines of growth for the company. Having the best of service and technology would be pointless if accessibility remains elusive. Infinity in accessibility is the promise and endeavour to democratise healthcare services.
iHEAL Holdings Sdn Bhd has registered a Compounded Average Growth Rate (CAGR) of 34.5% on its revenue for the period FY 2011 to FY 2015. Current genomics and biotechnology promise the development of biomarkers to predict an individual’s chronic disease risk. With this knowledge, early detection is made possible and diagnostic classification can be improved to better personalise treatment and outcome to prevent mortality or limit morbidity. Recognising the value of predictive medicine leading to preventive medicine, iHEAL is uniquely placed as a clinician with existing strong advocacy values in preventive medicine via a health screening focus as a business model. The future of iHEAL is therefore geared to elevate preventive medicine to the next level with genomics, focusing on the application of genome technology for early detection of chronic diseases. Individuals who are more susceptible to diseases in the future can then be offered tailored lifestyle advice or medications with the aim of preventing the predicted illness. Advances in surgical techniques and Artificial Intelligence/Robotics will be quickly and actively adopted whilst genomic sequencing and editing will be closely watched and adopted at the earliest opportunity. iHEAL aspires to be a forerunner in the area of rapid development of cellular therapies (e.g. Immunotherapy and stem cell therapy will herald new approaches to the treatment of cancer and aging).
